Changes to Cosplay Contest Voting

Hello again EPICon fans! There have been a few changes to the voting system for the cosplay contest.

For the sake of fairness, cosplayers in officially sanctioned gear and cosplayers in their own custom threads will no longer be mixed in the same voting set!
You may now cast a vote every 10 minutes instead of every hour. Good news for those who have been wanting to see more of those amazing costumes!
Once your EPICon beeper alerts you that you can vote again, you can now head straight to the voting wall! It's only one less step than it was before, but we know you guys are busy with all of the activities.

Unfortunately the votes have had to be reset, but we hope the changes will make for a better experience! Good luck to all of the contestants!

I also still had to click twice to get to the one wall. I also still only see one page with CW and Regular HAs. I figured there'd be two separate pages so they wouldn't be viewed together. I'll take a cap in 10.

It still looks the same to me, just one wall to vote on. I also still had to click twice to get to the cosplays, so I don't know what that means about one less step.

could we please get the names of the characters and/or the series they're from under their pictures? so many of the cosplays look interesting, and i wanna look up the series, but i can't.

I keep getting nothing but CW's. The first one since this change was non-CW. The three votes after that were just CW's.

Yay great! Im so glad you did this. I found myself voting more for people with refs, so it was tough to compare it to OC cosplay.

I would like all these changes but... I don't see them at all O.o' Only 10 minutes works but other than that, there are no 2 columns and I still need to click the link to go to voting site. ^^'

It looks the same to me and what a bummer there was so really awesome one i have voted for, not their votes go out the window, i may never see them again or two of the ones i really like might show up, some how that is not fair to them :/ but i guess it is what it is

A shame the votes had to be reset, but I think the change is much needed and I'm happy to be able to see different costumes more often now. Maybe I'll get to see the ones I loved again, too.

I love these changes, and I think resetting the votes only makes it fairer. It's hard for a non-cw cosplay to go up against one that is in full cw mode. Thanks for the changes and updates!

aw man, that kinda sucks that votes got reset. oh well, at least voting is how it should be now. I wish I could vote in CW contest as well but that's not that big of a deal really.

Thanks so much for listening to all the feedback. lol the officially sanctioned gear leaves some room for ambiguity (especially if you used a tribute item for something different than its reference) BUT this is an improvement :)

Great changes! It did seem unfair for the CW and non-CW cosplays to be on the same page.
