You've been getting the 25CSC for existing referrals for the past year or so. That means you will continue getting that 25CSC going forward (and get an event for it now) instead of it just randomly being in your account.

I feel bad for the people with Angelic Chibi Rainbow Stickers. I sold mine for 200mil when I hit that many referrals. Now they won't be worth nearly as much!
But I love the change! :D I like being able to pick the items! woo! I have 19 referral points to spend.
Interesting change. I'm a little bummed to see more stickers added, but they are definitely at a more reasonable range. This is a great change
