Most recently seen at the Stingers hangar where they made quick work of cleaning up a prank gone wrong, and insiders say that the Fighting Festers are also indebted to this vigilante for preventing an outbreak of terrseos!
Sources say that this guardian appears from the Coda Caves at random and disappears back there at the end of the day, but efforts to locate this covert crusader for an interview have been unsuccessful. Who is this stranger? What is their motivation? Are they working with the ZCPD, or despite them?
