Well now I know to buy more expensive items... I got a quest today asking for a 600k item, and I just quit it. I do like that his rewards have evened out now. I hated buying an expensive item and only getting a third of what I spent back. This is a great change (:

I use to make a profit doing his quests when they weren't the weekend quests. Probably won't be worth it for me to continue but good luck to the rest of you.

That's almost twice what I spent on him. I just wish those expensive ones would pop up more! I only refused one, and only lost a little bit of SP on two quests. In all I think I like this.

Thing is, if you're doing the expensive quests, the payout is huge.

I paid 300k on some and ended up with 600k payout.

and 5 million-7 million on others and ended up with over 8 million payout.( highest payout I ended up getting was 11 million)

The profit in the new system mainly comes from the more expensive quests. I actually didn't lose any money in this and still ended up with 11 million plus on hand from just saggi quests alone today.

I did half of them this morning and I haven't cried about it. Subeta can't do everything spot on to make everyone happy...

The tip to making plenty of moolah for Saggi, is to do the expensive quests if you can. I haven't been ripped off even once, except for the extremely cheap ones. I totally skip the cheap ones, because even though it's a little sP being risked, I don't feel like wasting time. No matter how risky you think it is when it gets in teh millions, I promise the more you pay, teh more you get. It's how it's set up.

Saggi's a rich guy, and rich Subetans profit most from this. If those with less play it right and know when to accept teh quest or quit, they can make profit too. : >

Not only are the expensive items in user shops being sold, but we also profit from it. It may just be weekend quests, but Saggi was always worth the quest. Now it's even better. And at the very least, it makes up for the fact that he doesn't give out an item with his money.

it benefits both since he asks for nearly everything likewise you just need to have it, and many things you can get thru the new library quests, which - done correctly - gives you rares/super rares you can get the subQ invitation - for free (you just need to be patient) items there sell for 500k up - and are worth to buy 150k saggi asks for them, people - like me - buy them, to turn in to saggi you can sell the new invites for at least 500k

and when i started, there were no games that gave you with a bit click and clack 250k a day (like the bonanza does) or for people who can work with it, the cybill sledding (that is a game i cannot even play, because i cannot work with the dizzyness) and, as it is now, if you turn in an 1 mill item you will NOT loose the sP, (maybe a few k but not more) you will most likely at least gain 250k + back that is the overall thing people have found out the last days testing the quests

As nice as the money is as and as nice as this is going to be for my shop sales, I don't know if I like this new quest style. It seems to have taken the gamble out of the quest entirely. There's no longer any fun in debating if you want to risk it for a more expensive item for a wild cash back. True, you could get burnt, and burnt pretty badly on a bad call (or on an over enthusiastic click if you're buying faster than you can read the prices, been there. XD).

But that was FUN to risk virtual money. Now it's like a rote money mill. Items go in, money comes out.

My point..what I'm saying is: if you only have a million sp you can't do the quests that net you 2 Mil sp You'll only make 1k or lose money. That makes it impossible to stock up sp through questing

Where before all players regardless if the amount of Sp they had in their vault, could earn 500k a day. That adds up quick.

I never said people couldn't earn sp other ways. Just that this new way benefits players with a ton of sp already and not players who dont

the Saggi quest revamp is made in such a way that you get more sP if you spend more - as in if he asks for an expensive item, you get more profit. likewise if he asks for a cheap item you get very little sP in return. he asked me for a 3.7m spectrum potion once and he gave me 7.4m in return :O

That was definitely interesting, I ended up making about 5.1mil SP. And FWIW, that tripled my SP, so no, it isn't the rich getting richer - it's the poor getting richer too! :P

it's not that easy with richer get richer and poor stay poor

i have no clue why everyone thinks that the richer users now started rich... as for myself, it wasn't like that, i started really poor and just worked up the way and for the fact: restocking gets more profitable, as well as vending, just because people simply will buy EVERYTHING to make a profit of saggi now and little by little the poorer will get richer, like they did ALL THE YEARS...

Ya, he's not glitchy they just changed the way he pays out. I spent 2.5mil just now because he requested Hazel Jelled Empire Sash and got back my money plus more. So it's kinda opposite, you're wishing he's asking for expensive items xD; 12 quests done so far and I made about 4.6mil so far.

I've done like 7 quests, normally by now I would have made almost 500,000Sp, I've made 30,00. Is he just being glitchy or has he been revamped now too? If he HAS been revamped, Dear staff, if you are going to make quests completely worthless you might as well just delete them and free up some server space.
