Umm.... no. I know that it's randomly chosen, but that doesn't mean I can't dislike this guy. He sucks, he demands high-priced items for little payback. I'll pass.

This would be nice motivation for me to get the Drunk Carl quest achievements, that is, if his weekend quest payout actually made a difference from his normal payout.
