Bumbus Queen

Keep your eyes open for a new random event from Queen Bea that will let you morph your existing pets into bumbii!

NOTE: To clear up some confusion, this random event will not randomly turn any of your pets into a bumbus. You will be summoned to perform a quest for Queen Bea and upon completion, she will transform a pet of your choice into a bumbus. If the bumbus is available in the color of the pet you have transformed, your pet will retain that color. If not, it will be turned into a common bumbus.

FOR EVERYONE WORRYING ABOUT PETS BEING CHANGED AUTOMATICALLY IT HAS ALREADY BEEN SAID MULTIPLE TIMES HERE AND ON THE FORUM THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN! You have to do things for her before she will change your pet. Subeta wouldn't do that to you.

it specifically says that you will be allowed to morph, no where does it say it's required or automatic.

Oh and yeah, this sounds to me much more like Neopets' "fountain faerie quest" -- except in this case Bumbii will be the only choice, maybe with special colors available like the queen :3

Still hoping this won't affect the BB :P

But you guys need to stop panicking. It clearly states "that will let you". It doesn't say it is automatic, or that you have to do so. Sounds like a voluntary thing to me.

I don't think this is very random at all. People have been asking for a way to change a pet they already have into a Bumbus for a very long time, I think this is in response to that and I've personally always seen the Bumbas as a Vesnali type of pet so the timing is perfect.

I love the artwork on this Queen Bee! Gorgeous! I too would like more clarification on the random event, does it happen to active pets? Is it an option to change your pet or does the pet turn into a bumbus without a choice? When changed, is it a common bumbus color, or into the look of the Bumbus Queen?

I have feelings that this is foreshadowing something. Will the Bhakoru one day have a random event to change pets into them? Will there be royalty-colored pets soon?

Although I think I'm just over-thinking it. However, this does seem very random. I am sure people are going to love this idea. I do myself, even though I'm unsure if I'd actually choose to change my pet into a bumbus. But deep down, I have feelings that there is something more!
