I was expecting the ear and the gills to be colored or auraed too, but I guess that is a Twilight thing. Gorgeous work and a very nice pose to be able to fit into that square.

Yeah, the expressions on the Darkmatters' faces are my favorite part of this; that poor one being licked, and other ones looking on with big eyes or pitying expressions makes me giggle. Then the Xotl itself I find very beautiful... I dunno why, but I keep staring at the back legs and marveling at how well they were done too. Amazing job, mad props to the artist for this. :3
