it's unlikely that we will be bringing back all of the retired items this black friday. We will likely put everything in the cash shop at the time on sale, but we might not pull out as many items as we usually do.

The reason being that people just don't spend money all year, to wait for the sale. And sadly, we can't really survive on black friday sale money all year.
