That's kindof adorable. Except I thought of this when reading the story:

Story: "Oishii wasn’t sure which species Arroz was supposed to be, but he figured that anything that looks like food had to have a good soul."

Me: "But. . .but. . .cucumbers 'ave wicked saouls!" (understand reference = win)
