Someone review the circumstances and found an issue, they took care of the problem. Should it be deemed the user is innocent. It'll be fixed.

False alarm! Jezter was making that profile for The Kid's owner! She asked him to do it! Proof is right http://www.subeta.net/forums/view/715786/2 here toward the bottom! Jezter needs to be unfrozen, this was a huge misunderstanding!

Wow so there was a misunderstanding between some people and I gotta try to get Jezter the account back. She made a profile for Varia, the real owner of the kid, and I suppose she had it on .Believe. to test the coding. Keel me.

What happened was the user who owned this pet stole coding that was a mix of me and someone else's creation. Everything was taken care of.

I don't see how this couldn't be fixed by a simple re-running of the script. Instead of just going "oops better luck next time". It's annoying to me because I love seeing the pet spotlights every night, and this sort of pet is simply not deserving of winning. It robbed someone else of the chance of winning. It's wasteful. I doubt it will be redrawn, though.

No idea. The other petpages were certainly more suited to the pets they represented and appeared custom, but if the user had them made for themselves, or made them on their own, then why steal? It makes me very suspicious indeed. But, that's a moot point now because the fact is the user has been taken care of.

They layout and art was stolen, it's as simple as that. It was made by Oatmeal, coded by someone else, for the pet named The Kid. You can see the overlay on The Kid's page.

The saddest part, is they'll probably do another clearing sopeople will have to renominate again. If they'd just check the queue more often than once a Loveing year, than these sort of things wouldn't happen.

Then again, they could be assuming it's suppose to look like that, even if it doesn't fit at all.

Draken, it's supposed to be that if you make any coding changes to the description after being accepted to the queue, then it gets re-checked. But you can add/take away as many TC items as you want. Minion too, I believe.

Just stated that they ought to sift through the profiles in the queue more often, though I don't know how often they actually sift through it. Obv not often enough, which is something that seems quite common with subeta. Not fixing a Loveing thing.

Yeah, the whole Tsundere's minion thing isn't making sense. The user molly1 who owns that pet doesn't seem to have really had any interaction with anyone on site. I just can't figure out why a coder would take someone else's minion to code a commission. SAYWHAT.

I don't know how often they sift through the queue for current pet profiles in the works and what not. But I do think that if you're doing a test on a finished profile that was already nominated, move the pet page to the 'not ready' status for nomination, period.

If they are suppose to remove these sorts of things from the queue, then they need to keep up on this sort of thing more often. Like, WAY more often. But it seems that subeta doesn't keep up on a lot of things. >.<

It's actually rather sad that the profiles that are the mistakes are the ones that get the most comments... lol.

Pet profiles have lost their appeal imo.

I'm pretty sure that if anything at all is changed it is removed. If even a period is added or removed from the profile it is suppose to be pulled from the queue.

That is a good point. I never really noticed that. It's The Kid's profile, with Tsundere's minion, with The Kids Picture, and .Believe.'s info minion, and picture. Weird.

Yes she was working on a commission I just found the request as well so it's not stolen but still, the rules I thought were is anything major was changed that it would be removed from the queue and also the foreign language that was pointed out that's against the rules as well is it not? Because I thought so.
