They're separate. Scarsdale posted to file a ticket if you didn't receive your bonus items. I did, and I got my scarf and bag that are the items for buying those two complete sets.

Yay, got my pet's name changed that I had wanted for a while all the trunks I wanted and a few other things and now I'm basically stocked up for the whole year. I am also kinda bummed the Ga's are in it but hey I can't argue with the rest.
