I have 6 New Year tokens sitting in my inventory that won't go away. I have stopped doing quests, so that I don't get anymore of these tokens.
Every time I go to the New Years shop to add the tokens to my inventory, it adds the six currently sitting there, but does not remove them from my inventory.
I currently have 20 New Year tokens added to my currencies, but it should be only 6... I think. It definitely shouldn't be 20.
Should I just delete the tokens in my inventory?
Edit: I should just have the six tokens. I was leaving a tab open to turn them in every time I got a new token, which is why I have 20. Dx
Same problem here. I have four tokens from quests in my inventory, and I've turned them in twice now. So I currently have 8 in the bank, and 4 in my inventory.
Same issue here, they won't go away.
I'm having the same issue! They just won't disappear from my inventory.

Same issue with my New Year token and I'm really getting annoyed with the lag during events.

July group!
I am having the same issue with six. Clicking the "add to currencies" option in the shop will increase my stored token total, but not remove them from my inventory. I'll be avoiding getting or depositing more tokens until things are tidied to keep from any accidental exploits!
I'm vaulting mine till I know they are safe to turn in.. I suggest everyone else does also
I had the same issue with three. I turned them in and they were still in my inventory. I've since picked up two more, which I will be putting in my vault.

Didn't realize a board was already up and made my own. But yeah. I'm sure there are some people who have been abusing this and have hundreds (if not thousands) of points already because, well, there are always some people who feel the need to cheat in games.
Deleting the 6 tokens I've already gotten point credit for & vaulting the rest until I know this is fixed. :
Same issue here with 8 tokens. I didn't realize that there was a glitch until I ended up with 16 tokens in the currency vault

i've accidentally turned in a handful of tokens that i guess i didn't really have. i was confused and i didn't even realize they were going to my inventory and not directly into my currency bank when i clicked that link. i don't know why i thought that. i'm sort of tipsy so that might explain. ugghhhhhhhhhhh. can you just work correctly for ONCE subeta?
I'm having the same issue with 4, I hope they fix it soon >_>
Yeah I have the same problem. I put them in twice as well with 7 tokens. Very frustrating. Guess I'm done doing quests for today.
Glad it wasn't just me >.<
Bought an item since I thought it had only happened ONCE (the doubling thingy). Will get rid of the item if need beXD
Hopefully the problem will be fixed and I won't be questing until it's solved :)
, to be fair to the site, I don't remember any problems occurring for Luminaire. All the Melody items got out on time and correctly, fairies were properly released, the trees worked fine (the delay in releasing them seemed planned rather than in error), so they did get that one right.
Not that it makes THIS glitch any better, but still.
Same for me, I turned in five, got two more, turned them in, and it added all 7 to my 5, so it says I have turned in 12 instead of 7. I'll wait before turning any more in.
You can toss them in your vault -- that's what I've been doing to deal with them all later.
I just turned mine in. Did you click on the here link?
Gonna not turn in any more or do any more quests until probably the morning if I see that the issue is resolved.

The ones I have in my inventory are the initial six that duplicated in currencies (used the link in the new years shop to turn them in) and they should probably be deleted. I am leaving them in my inventory, for now, in case staff decides to go in and remove them manually, as they have done that in the past with other glitched items.
Mine got turned into the shop and disappeared from my inventory, so I went about my business. Now I see they reappeared. (I hate having excess stuff in my inventory) I'm just gonna toss 'em in my vault. They don't seem to do anything there except sit. I'll just wait until they get this fixed to turn any more in. I'm glad you started this thread or I never would've noticed. I did notice we don't always get a token when we complete a quest, so you might want to watch out for that…
