Previously, the main shops had a purchase limit of one item every five seconds in order to keep people with faster connections from hogging up all the items
That limit seems to be gone now? Tested it both on Legacy and on Kumos and there is nothing stopping me from snapping items up.

In particular:
- Purchase throttle: To address the hoarding concerns there's now a progressive purchase cooldown. Your first 200 purchases in a session have zero delay. After that, a small cooldown kicks in (starting at 2 seconds) and gradually increases. This keeps things fair for everyone while letting normal shoppers buy freely. The throttle resets after 6 hours.
