Folks...... this might be the point where I need to start doing a lot more work to get Kumos quests really prepared for moving over. What we're seeing here is the collapse of the model that has all of the legacy quests choose items, for a few reasons.

We have less users on the site, and those models rely a lot on what items are moving around the most. And now that we've shifted things like user shops, etc, over to Kumos and there are now more people doing the Kumos quests daily than the legacy ones, we're seeing even less legacy activity to make those models work.

Anyway - I'm going to take a look at see if I can tweak Sarah to get more life out of this old system, but I knew this day would come and we're heading toward it.
