It’s been raining and mostly snowing daily since just before Yule. We lost our internet connection. (Provided to us wee creatures by the Ca Dept of Game and Fish.) we’ve by den out of contact since then. But we are alive and well.

My author and his mate Francine moved out of the home they built 40 years ago. It was hard work. They went all in with their adult children and bought a larger home and have been there one whole week. It’s like glamping, without any glamor….or snakes.

HI what are you crocheting? I crochet, too. I just finished a sweater for my new grandson, and a blnaket for queen sized bed and working on another blanket for the same bed. I want to crochet a sweater for my grand daughter next, I may use Bernat yarn its bulky and warm. There are a lot of "free printable pdf for crocheting patterns" (add info in quotation marks in search engine). I use youtube to figure out stitches or patterns. too.

Hi ! Right now I am crocheting dish cloths for my mom because she wanted some new ones. i want to learn how to make cute granny squares though and make a blanket out of them. I also am trying to learn amigurumis. But I think I may focus on the granny squares and blanket first. My puppy just tried to steal a skein of my yarn again. lol.
