I'm posting for a friend who recently made a new account, she told me she got an error message when trying to log in after creating her account that says the following: "Oops! Something went wrong We're encountered a unexpected error while processing your request. This could be because of an error on this page, or something broader. This is our generic "we don't have a more specific error to show you" page. It could really be anything. so please let us know in the forums"

Since she cant seem to reach staff herself since it wont let her log in, I let know know I'd try to make a post here to see if I can get any answers for her. She also told me she hasn't received an email regarding her account creation so I told her maybe it's just taking a moment to process? but I'm unsure myself what's happening. She's also using Windows 11 home edition if that means anything.

We ended up finding out she can log into the legacy site but not Project Kumos, so the problem was technically solve so this thread can be closed!
