I just started experiencing this as well.

Experiencing this. It shuffles to a different user after some unknown amount of time / trigger. I've been "logged in" as four different accounts.

Just wanted to note that when I was experiencing the issue, I was viewing the page as "salty", who changed their account name to "Time".

I believe they did that change in between the time I was viewing the forum through their account and when I posted it in the shoutbox. I believe they changed their name at some point I was experiencing the issue BUT around the time I saw the forum under their account, they also saw the forum from my account. Hoping that info might be helpful.
