I spoke with the creator it seems like a glitch in the contest, the creator is seeing the entries but it's not letting them except it.

That's a real shame! I know she must be disappointed.

Same. It's really frustrating. Hopefully it will be working again soon. Somehow it's screwing up my saved outfits too, and showing quadruples! My HAs are all pale, with big creepy eyes too.

I've gone ahead and created a Problems & Bugs post on the base issue, I didn't realize it was also causing a default to a certain Base eye/feature choice.

Updated and added new contests

Is the wardrobe just acting... weird, for anyone else? One of my HA entries for a contest (the glow one) is just MIA completely (there's my ghost pirate instead?_ and a few other has have duplicated themselves. Also a bunch of my hair is missing. And most of them are the whitest of white bases.

Kumos HAs are a bit weird right now. The duplicates aren't actually duplicates please don't delete them. thats more of a visual error. The white bases have been happening since Keith tested the kumos wardrobe

That seems like a global issue. When Keith fixed the creations the setting got stuck however they were so I'm assuming CWs are on as default

I deleted an avatar before removing it from a contest and now I get an error trying to view or enter said contest. poop

I also tried using unlockable Skins to bipass the base color bug and they don't appear on the avatar on the Kumos site.

Hi everyone! Here's a little workaround I've found for getting non-base 1 skin tones while the Kumos site glitch is happening.

When making your HA, select Base 1 in order to see what you're working with.

Layering [item=Delish Sonnet Blush (Darker)]and gets you pretty close to Base 3, 4, and 5

Layering and gets you a very shiny Base 6

Layering and gives you a decent Base 9

Layering and gets you closer to Base 10

Don't forget there's the entire range of [item=Single Sheer Glove (Base 7)] and [item=Discarded Sheer Glove (Base 7)] to utilize too. Especially in covering the creepiness of the Little Dolls.

Layering and gets you pretty close to Bases 4 and 5

Layering and gets you in the ballpark of Base 6 and 7

Layering and gets you closer to Base 8

Obviously these combos can also be used mix and match and in different orders to get the different tones right. Just thought I would share in case any of you wanted to get back to making not totally pale HAs and entering them into contests <3
