Can you give me a little more information? Are we talking about pings from forum groups not going through, or pings from custom wearable shops only? Can you give me an example of a ping you tried to send, so I can see if it's stuck in the backlog?

I've just found the bug in the job that was running, and it's now processing the entire backlog. It might take an hour or so, and you're probably going to see a lot of duplicates (from folks trying to send multiple times), but hopefully it'll clear out fairly quickly.
I'm sorry it took so much time to get around to this, and it's on my list of things to bring over to new systems ASAP. i've started moving over the CW code, it should make it much much easier to make sure it works in the future.

Sorry everyone, this is a piece of software running on a very, very old queue. It's the last thing we have running on amazon. I would love to get rid of it. It would require rewriting the entire CW shop on kumos, there are pieces of it but it's just... not done. I have to kick this thing to turn it back on every few days. Please ping me when it breaks (and thank you for pinging me this time!)

Unfortunately there is no reset button a staff member can press daily. Keith needs to run a command to restart the notifications.
