Rumi asking for an item that doesn't restock?

is a whiz because

on the new kumos site, rumi asked me for an item with normal rarity, but it doesn't seem to exist on the site in any capacity.

It does restock and, as I'm typing this, there are currently 2 in usershops and 1 in trades. :) Locking this because it's not a bug.
