Exactly! I didn't crumple the bus, put a dent in it, no paint transfer or anything. No damage. "Collision" because I safely put it in a ditch instead of hitting the other bus after being cut off.

Higher ups covering their behinds with insurance company. Like you said, they are hurting for drivers, I think the training is a show. So it looks like their being proactive for the insurance company. Frustrating for you, but it also is showing them. That you take the job serious, and want to be proactive in sharpening your driving skills. Even if you know you dont need improvement, it makes you look good to do the training.
