is sweet

[hovers] item, user and group hovers all improved with the floating UI library - instead of me trying to write all of that positioning code myself 😰
- now use their own styling, separate from .card. will make it easier to customize them with custom-css
- no longer fill up the bottom of the page with 'hidden' junk divs, no more weird scrolling (thanks )
