Jumping back in this forum once again to ask that HA games be relocated back to the Human Avatars section. For the sake of cohesion of HA Contests and Games. We've lost a lot of interaction with the HA games since they've been stuck in with forum games. We also now have users who (in my opinion) just respond thoughtlessly because they don't care as much about HA making, and because they are trying to just post as much as possible for forum points. Maybe I'm being harsh but the HA games have been much less fun since they've moved.

For Contests: I personally do plan on testing out the new HA contest feature to see how I like it. However, so far I miss the camaraderie of the forum contests (detailing what led to certain choices, people complimenting each other's entries, prizes being determined by winner's choice, etc.) and do intend to host another couple on the forums. It would be nice if I knew where these went. Do they constitute a Giveaway because of prizes? Or do they belong in Human Avatars (where there is currently one)? It just seems like this very popular aspect of the forums is being squished and relegated elsewhere in an attempt to make it cleaner has made it more confusing/spread out.

Just wondering, are the works done? I don't like seeing the empty headers, why are they still there if all topics were removed?

I saw the thread about "Give us your memories" on the news and tried to post in it but the comments were closed. There was only a link to the thread in the Kumos forums. I thought I would give it a try as it has been several weeks since I tried to post on a Kumos forum.

I tried to post, and failed. My screen reader would not leave the posting box so I could actually post the message. Not one button or hot key pressed removed me from the text box. The only way I was able to get out of the text box was to close the whole tab without posting since I couldn't get to the button.

I realize that making the forum compatible with my screen reader is a low priority but I would like it to happen at some point because the forum is the heart of this site. I keep up with my friends and have fun on the forums. I'd hate to lose that. It would gut Subeta for me as I don't like to play alone.

I'm on a Win 11 desktop running the current version of Edge. I use the current version of the J.A.W.S. screen reader. I don't know the exact version but can find it out if you really want it.

Just as a heads up, I went back to using forums on the Legacy site because I noticed any comments made on Kumos aren't counted in my participation so far (and as a new player, I need those points for the Blue Building! Admittedly if the Blue Building quests aren't a thing on Kumos it may not matter that participation is not counted that way, but personally I would miss the feature purely because I like numbers).
