I have the issue of missing body , they load when browsing the website but when I go in my wardrobe I have a broken image, I am on google chrome version 131.0.6778.109 what I believe is the most up to date as well as on a windows 10 computer. I think the issue may have began when clearing my image cache so I could load my tree.

The base is missing in wardrobe. I noted this from early this morning. Saving a newly made avatar works though it can't be seen with the base in wardrobe. The base can only be seen on site. Very hard to dress an avatar with no skin on it.

Anyone looking into this yet?

Not fixed yet! No HA base in wardrobe.

Yeah, this is a bummer. Went to put on a saved outfit and the base disappears. Hope I can wear it soon.

one part of the site being broken and another breaking while trying to fix the first one, classic subeta xD having the same issue here since yesterday, cleared cache to get my tree set up and the bases broke - on the wardrobe and on item previews both.

According to my wardrobe on Chrome, my HA base is the ghost of Yule Past.

Yea this is pretty sad that no one is addressing this :( The state of subeta keeps deteriorating every year, each year things get worse and it's just because staff are spread so very thin. But it is sad. I hope this does get fixed very soon, because how are anyone meant to get CWs when even the preview image is now broken.

Also having this issue! Things were fine up until I cleared my cache so I could decorate my tree. No bases will load via item hovers or in the wardrobe now. Using Safari Version 17.6.

I am having the same issue. I have done basic troubleshooting: cleared cache, attempted in Opera, Chrome, FF, Edge, same issue across the board. Hoping someone can provide a workaround or that this is fixed soon, because it's kind of made working on HA outfits impossible.

I just wanted to try on some of my new CWs before creating a new Christmas outfit for my HA :( Not going to bother buying any more CWs. Wasted half my weekend waiting. Not happy!

I'm having this issue and I haven't cleared my cache at all (not even to make a tree), so it's not likely a cache issue.

Mine was fixed yesterday but broken again now. All of those new CW's and can't even play with them...😭

I think I might be having this issue as well. My entire base body hasn't shown and has been transparent for years. Anyone know a fix?
