I've been very quiet lately, but I've come on to say that I am indeed alive, and that I've been "busy" with work related issues (workplace has me feeling a little down lately). I'm so tired and I've been getting a lot of headaches and crying. I have issues and I've been going to the union to stand up for myself over these bus related issues (and issues with pay). I've been feeling personally attacked and I know I'm disliked, as I'm very persistent in getting repairs done. I've also noticed a pattern. Everytime they're pissed off with me, I don't get charters until they're over it. Union says no, that's not it and no one has anything against me.

I should know. It's a pattern. But I'm made to feel crazy. I know there's plenty of grievances right now and I'm not the only driver who feels like they're being picked on. For instance, I was given a spare unit and it was filthy. I couldn't see out of the windshield (so grimy with dirt and oil) and I cleaned it. There must've been 3 cups of sand that was never swept. I asked them for 35min of pay (I'll be watching for it) and they don't know how it got so dirty. I said "How about you start with all the drivers that's been using it when they get it as a spare" and "no, our drivers are clean" lmao. Ok, so what about the buses i had as a soare in June that had moldy, rotting food in it? I also got a unit in September where i took out a garbage bag full of water bottles, cups and rotting food. I take pictures of everything. It's gotten to that point now.

I like what I do, but I don't like this company and I am unable to go to a different one at the moment.

Anyway, I've just been quiet. It's a job and it pays and jobs are very hard to get right now. Living with my parents is also a drag, but rent is so unaffordable, and I'll be here for probably 3-4 years.
