Oh yes clipping nails can be quite the chore. My border collie hates the sound of the clippers and it would cause him to go into a panic. So the vet had a few techs hold him (He was not violent just tried to run away and hide/shook). He actually loved people so much that he never understood that he was about to hear the horrible noise until it was almost to late. Luckily he only ever needed his dew claw trimmed. :-)

Yes the reaction is really really rare. But I am recovered mostly from it now, I think. :D I am now in the waiting period before implantation. We did end up with 3 healthy little embryos and 2 unknown (they did not get enough genetic material t test them). So it's almost like 5 but the Dr said she is 100% not sure about the 2 unknowns so we can only really say for sure we have 3. If I get lucky that means I could have 2 kids. So if I want more (which I do) I will have to go in for another egg retrieval. My dream has always ben 4 babies, but IDK if I will get that dream right now - so my fingers are crossed.

You are way ahead of the game with Christmas shopping. I tend to be behind on subeta and ahead in RL. :P lol I have all my husband's Christmas gifts already picked out and wrapped. LOL His birthday is also right around Christmas so I have those all done and ready too. :D

I used a Heart Latte. I dont know if its connect to an item though. used one and it didnt work. Maybe its connected to your visits.

I have a nail clipper and then a battery operated nail grinder/filer that is quiet. They arent fans, I even tried turning it on, and running it around my nails. They werent having any of it. I even tried an emery board no luck. I just scheduled them to get their nails done at the groomers tomorrow. I am happy for appointment, I got scratch marks on both arms.

thinking of you my friend. wondering how you are doing with recovery. i have heard understandably that what you n hubby are going throiugh is VERY HARD on you both! I have 2 girls and that was perfet for us..2 arms 2 hips 2 lil ones to hold n hoist...2 to ride together in carnivals etc...
