Hey folks, just had a quick question. Subetalodge says that Swift Blade Scroll is earned as an achievement prize for beating Blaire in battle five times. But I can't find Blaire listed in the challengers thread or on the fandom wiki. Is this a retired or seasonal challenger? I've never seen them before.

Retired Masquerade plot challenger who came around a few times since. But we've not seen them in a while.
