I think difficulty is going to be highly dependent upon if we can freeze or not.

Freezing appears to be disabled. Healing still works. This version can manage a lot of damage on first throw. You will need to have a lot of Health. MSIAON IA mis Tier 12 with 4600 Health and was smashed many times with first strikes of over 8000 damage. Very difficult without freezing.

I was really looking forward to this, hoping to get everybody on site involved in fighting this monster as a group. There was a lot of benefit for those with lower ranked pets to be able to participate and earn some booty. But alas, this year it seems that this combatant has simply become an enemy that only the elite can access.

People I am this close to using all my tomes (or most of them...gotta save some for the T11) on Haneul to get his stats up....I think I've used about 20ish already....

I take any blast that isn't the Stomps. Full mod both main weapons with dark defense Eyes.

It's blessing abuse with this between Staff's 3 turn 1k heal, Ancestral's 1/2 HP heal for 1 turn, and the blessing from the dark defense Eyes that blocks 25 dark icons. Amazing how long you can last using Tasselled when any of those blessings are active, 2 active makes me tank most attacks that aren't a crit hit.

Hi, looking for specific advice for getting my pet to beat last 2 types of gelatin. It is a T13, capped- so I can't change anything. Its numbers are level 5845, health 9419, strength 8545, defense8533, speed 8504. api of 441 & intelligence 7059. I have Ether, maniacal slappy hand, hand of godessbane, glacial ring & more. I beat the previous opponent once, with out godessbane & maniacal slappy hand. Lost a few times, so made the slappy hand & bought ring & hand. I have 3 gale force, one feather explosion & unstable fairy. I have mods on the weapons & have carried pylonics & vials into war. To no avail. Do you have any advice for me? I have other weapons (aemis & riptide, ) which I am willing to share, just don't really know how to go about it. I am also training some of my other pets, & wonder if I am messing up on what I'm alloting. Please help.

Stomper - wiith your AP you shouldn't have the slightest problem to chain freeze them to hell and back. Use Ether and Hand of Goddesbane.

It was buffed a bit last night. Changes: The Briefcase now heals 30% instead of 20%. The Blade now blocks 85 fire/85 ice and heals 8% instead of 65/65. The Bow now blocks 55 dark/55 earth/55 magma instead of 40/40/40. The Gun can do a little more damage (varies from 12-15 per instead of 12.)

Even then, it's just too much variation. It's certainly better with the additional heal, but I don't think it makes it more desirable to replace other weapons in your set. It could be that I'm not sophisticated enough. Lol!

yeah, it is a fun weapon, when you want to knock out minor foes. May have been worth while having back in its original times, but if I don't have a stable defence, what good can it be in a tough fight? That's what I got from my alas (not enough free time for Subeta then) only Box last time. What a waste!

Make sure you're putting parched baguette crystals and blessing of natural armor crystals on your weapons for Stomper. Do you have freezing scrolls to use against him? If you can chain freeze him, that will help shorten the battle as you damage him. Your pet is certainly strong enough. It all comes down to the right weapons/scrolls/crystals.

New sword is currently stealing. Though it still has the text "STATS ARE NOT FINAL!" I hope they're final soon. I love it.

I wish it wasn't a fire block. Natasha is one of the most readily available god weapons. If for some reason you don't like it for fire god, Wrath of K is in the antique shop.

Yes, Natasha can be purchased at any time for 750mil. I don't have a good fire blocker, so I appreciate one being made available as battle loot. It's also fire/physical which didn't exist before.

I posted the following in discord using Jess' list of fire blockers:

PBow - not for sale (hundreds of millions when it is), I restocked over 300 BHH items since I've been back and haven't seen it restock once in 2.5 years. Not accessible. Natasha - 750mil WoK - 3.75billion KWand - Forget it Malhuili - Rarely for sale. Probably at a billion (or more) due to rarity. Cork - 750mil

There are good fire/dual blockers above, but not one that is battle loot or under 750mil currently. I understand how it must feel redundant for those with big armories. Natasha has appeal with its better fire block, better heal and steal fodder. I think a case could be made for anything, but I, for one, am pleased with the prize.

Lambent Guardian Crystal, Lightly Feathered Blowgun, Omen Key Club, and Prodigy Staff are also fire blockers that scale into T11. There are just so many!

None of Gellies even use fire attacks (besides a small amount from Golem and Hydragellos) so I think it’s funny that it gets a special attack against them :P

Prodigy Staff is not even comparable, that's disingenuous.

Lambent Guardian Crystal - One of the top weapon collectors is on the hunt for this. Clearly not accessible. Also, not sure it's great for T13 - haven't seen the supposed new stats. Lightly Feathered Blowgun - 375mil - not a great heal. Omen Key Club - 750mil

No matter how many fire blockers exist, there's about a 750mil entry fee for a good fire blocker. It's nice to have one as loot.
