Still stuck these days later. Apparently lots of other folks are stuck too. Could we at least get some sort of acknowledgment from staff that the problem has at least been noticed? And if a solution is hours/days/weeks away?

I don’t want to cancel; not only is that 75csc down the drain, as well as three days completely wasted, but if a solution is a long time away …

I had a pet stuck in training and I cancelled it, and I'm fairly certain the training stuck. In fact from what I can tell, the training continued for as long as I left the pet in training.

I wasn't paying enough attention to be 100% confident, but I'd say I'm like... 90% sure that Briefcase was at 0 levels when I stuck him in auto training, and when I manually cancelled it he returned with over 40 levels.

Let me pop Briefcase back in auto training now and if he's still stuck in a couple of days I'll report back in. He was level 47 when I put him in, and not my active pet, so he shouldn't receive any random levels.

A bunch of my pets are still sttuck in auto training as well.

I can also confirm that my pet stuck in autotraining has not increased in the stat autotrained since at least 9/6 but likely several days before that as well :/

I sent in a ticket today and only realized that this was an ongoing issue. So someone is working on it and I was linked to this thread by them. I was also told that the staff would post here when a resolution has been found.

Now I have two pets stuck in auto training, one in health and one in speed. I don't want to waste the training session by ending it so I guess they'll sit until this is resolved. I'm wondering if it goes back to the chron hiccup from several days ago.

Yep, I just cancelled the one I put in the post you quoted and he's still level 47, no change at all.

Yeah, I don’t think they’re training at all either.

If you have the battle pet and switch your active pet to one of the ones in auto-training it will show them as not training at all. That’s how I noticed this, when I made Kieri active to get the Oracle boost and it showed him as not in a class.

I do wish someone on staff would let us know they’ve noticed this ….

At least now we know they’ve noticed, so I’ll leave my three sitting where they are and hope we all at least get the day’s training out of it once it’s fixed, not just an ‘okay, it works now, start over, plz’. That would not be fun lol.
