A friend of mine told me I had to check this out :) We both played Neopets but never returned there after coming here...

and I found out about it from a friend who was in my guild on Neopets. I came here and never looked back.

I'm another one who came over via Neopets, back in 2006. Like many things, the person who introduced me drifted away after a year or so and I got into it way more than they ever did :)

Happy Keelhauliday, everybody! It's always difficult to grab items from the Freyalise Trading Co., so I recommend just doing Carl's Quests and waiting for the prices to come down. Don't forget that the Ocean Depths vending machine on the Omen Islands has a chance to give out holiday items, if you're feeling lucky!
