Good evening, potential new friends! I was listening to a podcast episode about Neopets, and Subeta came up briefly in the banter about pet websites. I vaguely remember being active on Subeta in the mid 2010s, but now all of my memories have fled as they so often do, and I have no idea what email I played with, or how to play at all. Yikes! So I made this account, and am crossing all my fingers and toes that I won't get in trouble for any abandoned accounts floating around somewhere.

I'm a very crafty person, in that I know how to crochet, cross stitch, knit, and embroider poorly. I also really like music and am told that my playlists are travesties of emotional whiplash. If I was a D&D character, I'd be a bard or maybe a warlock, and I'd be chaotic neutral. I write a lot, none of it is good, most of it is fanfiction. I'm a big fan of video games, scary stories, analog horror, webtoons/manhwa/manga, buying a billion books and then not reading them, and unsuccessfully playing Magic the Gathering.

I'm sorry if this is an awfully formatted post, I'm on mobile and am running out of ADHD medication. Excited to be here, and hoping that I'll have a good time. Welcome back! Personally, I think a great way to get an idea of everything Subeta has to offer is to go to Achievements and look through all of them. You don’t have to be an Achiemenet collector, but I think it gives a glimpse into all of the cool things going on here. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

What video games do you like?

I tried playing Skyrim casually a few months ago and now it has taken over my life. I really like Disco Elysium.

Hopefully this year I'll get to playing the Alan Wake games. Don't know whether or not I'll skip American Nightmare or not.

Don't feel pressured to work on any of the collections unless you want to. I'm a longtime player and I just now started collecting some plushies, and only the ones I find extra cute or special n.n I personally have been working on leveling up my pets, not even sure why because I don't battle at all but I have lol

But that's one of the best things about Subeta, you can focus on as much or as little as you want with no judgment, winning, or losing. I used to play runescape just to bake pies and Subeta is kind of like that. Tons of niche ways to play. <3

I like a lot of different types of video games, my Steam library is a beast. Disco Elysium is an amazing story, I'm just a jittery person and haven't finished a video game ever in my entire life, haha! Cyberpunk 2077, The Witcher 3, Borderlands series, Stardew Valley, Guild Wars 2, Elder Scrolls Online, Fallout76, Sun Haven, Dead Cells, Cassette Beasts.... the list can go on and on! I am very aware of the fact that I am terrible at playing said video games, however. I'm just bad at most video games.

Stardew Valley can be so stressful if your time management wavers. My birds (all four of them) get excited whenever I start to play that game.

Disco Elysium is a REALLY long game so I can understand if you haven't finished it. It's really taxing mentally at times.
