I had a good day (and even though my mom picked a fight, I continued to have a good day because I wasn't going to let her ruin my day) and my brother made an amazing dinner. He flambayed red wine in onions, seared steak and then finished them in the oven. He then pan seared asparagus and sweet carrots. After dinner, I had my favourite cake. Black Forrest. Not homemade, store bought.

I received a bag of Lindt chocolate, a container of sour watermelon candy, some scratche tickets (I didn't win anything lol)and two lotto tickets, a bouquet of flowers and a birthday balloon.

I also won $20 on a lotto ticket I bought Wednesday and totally forgot to check it, and remembered to check it. That was a good birthday gift too lol
