Vending + timer work fine for me on Chrome + Windows10.

It’s not working for me today on my iPad. It did yesterday when I tried. I logged into the kumos site and the page is just blank - no vending machine shows up.

Worked fine for me yesterday but now when I visit the vending page it says 500 Server Error. The rest of the Kumos site is working and loading, just not Graveyard Digger I am on Safari on Mac OS sonoma

It worked for me and stopped me at 5 vends. When I refreshed the page, the 0/5 remained at 0, but it won't let me vend again.

Not working on Safari, but it is working on Firefox. Also only let me vend 5 times, and the refresh issue is the same as above ^

I understand if we can't get our missing tokens back, but it would have been nice to get a response saying as much instead of silence.

500 server error just now on iPhone 12

Works fine on my laptop (Windows 11, Chrome) right now, but trying to access Kumos on my iPad (Safari) now just shows the header covering the entire screen, no matter which Kumos link I try. :s

I got a server error 500 trying to follow the direct link from the first post for the vending machine. The link to the main kumos page worked just fine though.

[edit] Editing to add something separate: It's been 3 days, y'all. Please give Keith some grace and allow him time to respond. He's busy with a lot of things, I'm sure. It's pretty standard to wait 2-3 business days for a response on high-priority issues. A few hundred wizard point tokens for a handful of users testing a new feature is not a high priority.

I'm not trying to be rude and I apologize. I understand there's literally one single person working on the site. A "we're working on it" or "we won't be able to return the tokens" is all I was hoping for. Keith responded to things before and after my posts so it seemed reasonable to me that this was a feature he was actively working on, and it doesn't seem like I crossed a line to me. But you're right, with a one-man team and this site's track record I shouldn't be expecting more.

If Subeta is that short staffed, maybe, Idk... hire some people on to get things running again so people want to join so it's not one person doing multiple things? I get that funds are tight, the new people may not be able to get paid, etc etc etc, but if the site croaks because of not enough staff to run it, then what?

Vending and its subsequent limits seems so trivial in light of other things right now, one of them being the wardrobe and its many, many layers of functionality needing tending. We've already been down the road of if I were on the staff (spoiler: it went as well as you think it did) or yeah, I'd be volunteering for to help again. (Spoiler again: iirc, I'm not allowed to, it's like a one and done ordeal.)

I say all that to say: let Keith be, let him work and hopefully he can get some help on board sooner rather than later.

In terms of my test from today - I'm still experiencing the same issue where it stays at 0/5 when I refresh, even though I have exhausted my 5 for the day.

I haven’t been able to get the vending machine to show up on my iPad since I attempted on the 10th. I just tried on my phone and had the same issue. I’m logged in but it just shows the tealish/pinkish/purple ish background of the kumos site.
