I'm doing fine. Yesterday wasn't a good day I had a lot of trouble breathing but whatever it was blocking my breathing finally came out late last night it was fricken gross 🤢🤢

yea I was too it really is hard to breathe when something is not letting you... I have a machine to suck that stuff out but it was just gross 🤢🤢

oh I do it's better then suffering whatever it was blocking the tube it wasn't coming out with the machine I finally coughed it out like I said it was gross

I have to do sinus rinses, less than i used to. I used to have to do it 3 times a day. My allergies were so bad, it was one of the things I had to do to battle sinus headaches. I dreaded each an every one of sinus rinses, but it was better than having sinus headache go migraine level. Before i started doing the rinses, I had 4-5 migraines per week. So like you said, its better to do the lesser of two evils.
