Don't give up! It really is a pain in the butt challenger. You know the saying "It's not you" Well in this case it's not you it is that challenger! It is a hard one to beat. Best of luck to you!

It's up to you, of course, but for me knowing I have battle challengers that are beyond me now makes me feel I have something to work towards in that regard.

It's just a matter of time...put them on the backburner and focus on something else for a while.

You absolutely have enough stats to beat that Cake! What are you using in your sets? ’s suggestions for constants were perfect. Remember that freezing and stealing are disabled, which opens up a lot of possibilities for your mod crystals. The Cake doesn’t block any dark icons so I would probably go all in on dark attack crystals.

When you see the cherry icon pop up under your pet and your weapons are about to be disabled, it’s really important to use some sort of defensive scroll - either for blocking or healing - to ensure you make it out of that turn without dying.

My default set has Reviver of the Lion, Natasha, Prodigys Eyeball, Volatile Energized Meca, Acorn bomb, Bear Head bomb, Intricate energized helmet and paintbrush blades. I have a ton of Shreik of Despair scrolls, Cobalt Eternals, Psycho Smasher and Sancturia Exodin.

No problem, you'll get em eventually :)

I like Paintbrush Blades: Good attack, good defense, and good blessing activation...all around good weapon.

And remember to always stock up on (relatively cheap) potions and pylonics. Negating Pylonic was around 60K last I checked, and is a great one-shot way to go all-out in your attacks without fear of taking damage. And glaciating is always good for freezable opponents.
