I used Possessed Bow and OHS for my tier 10 pets and it worked well against it. Didn't try to get 15 wins but you should be fine with a tier 11 pet For tier 11, I believe ME and the ether should do the trick:)

For 8-headed Hydra, try using Natasha + Cronus Blade + Aftershocks Scroll

Mod your weapons with half parched crystals to prevent freezing and half water brilliant crystals for some extra attack.

I also used Volatile Energized Mecha, Thunderball (or, if you don’t have it, Potion of the Robot), Recycle Blaster, Soma Tablets, Reviver of the Lion, Phoenix Qull, and Rage of the Paramnesia and Gift of the Forj Scrolls for healing. Don’t try to freeze it, it won’t work well.

For my tier 11 pets for 11-15 wins on 7 headed panzer

I keep dying modded with parched crystals also.
