Hey all! I just wanted to say I'm sorry for falling a bit behind lately. I know it sucks, especially for those of you trying to get things out on certain time frames. To be honest (without getting into too much detail), both my physical and mental health have really been suffering over the past few weeks, and I'm struggling a bit to keep up with everything going on in my life. Hey all! I am aware of the issues with CW pages basically showing no CWs (like shops, the directory -- even the queue says it's empty when it isn't!) and I've let know, so he is aware too -- don't panic, your CWs aren't gone! Will do my best to keep you up to date.

Whew, what a week it's been! Here's a few notes on how things are going with CWs:
• First and foremost, be sure to read Keith's very informative post here where he explains the issues we had. • I made the decision to not attempt to accept or work on CWs with the site instability over the weekend/up to today. I've confirmed directly with some users that they are seeing their accepted items go through, so I am working on catching up the queue now! • As Keith mentions in his post, there were some issues with some CW data being corrupted - not any actual CWs, but things like prices, item quantities, etc. I know in my own shop these have since corrected, and I've verified with a few others that theirs have corrected, too - but this doesn't mean everyone's has. Unfortunately there may be the need to manually enter things like your shop stock, prices, and public notes again. If something was missing and you accidentally oversold an item from the previously-stated cap due to this, you won't be penalized for it - just don't take advantage of it ;) • I have updated the schedule for this week and next week to the best of my abilities. My main job is still extremely short staffed, and I am working extra hours and long days and coming home quite drained. It may take me a bit of extra time to respond to tickets and pings, and I really appreciate your continued patience. tl;dr: The vet industry professional shortage is real. Be nice to your vets and the people that work there.
