Theme: Samhain
Halloween on the night of October 31st has its ancient Celtic roots in the Samhain festival. In Celtic Ireland about 2,000 years ago, Samhain was the division of the year between the lighter half (summer) and the darker half (winter). At Samhain the division between this world and the otherworld was at its thinnest, allowing spirits to pass through.

Private Outfit Bird watching at home. There are a lot of fruit and berry trees around me so from the balcony and windows I often get to see a small variety of birds flittering about and eating all the unpicked berries and fruits. Woodpeckers and sparrows are the most common birdies, such lovely creatures ☺️
