I like the idea of being able to unlock a free skin, and it being any skin, since as said that would include the Ice Skin (which I have, but I'd like other people to be able to get).

...Which makes me think of another idea, a free border unlock, so anyone who missed the Quest-A-Thons can still get one of those borders, and anyone who isn't having good luck with the Tempest RE (I never do) can just go straight for getting the Storm Border.

...And also maybe the ability to choose from a forum title from a retired achievement or event? But only specifically those ones and not ones related to achievements you can still get.
