I'm Sadie! I used to play a lot of pet sites waaaay back, especially through my teen years, and now I'm really craving the nostalgia/relaxation, so I'm giving Subeta a try! I'm starting to get to grips with everything, I'm absolutely in love with Glade and Harvest pets, and the art quality is so amazing that I feel like a lot of my time will be spent just collecting food that looks good!

I'm into art history, embroidery, FFXIV, Animal Crossing, and (for a variety of reasons) I'm finally taking the time to learn to cook from scratch!

Thank you! At the minute I'm trying to perfect a soy honey ginger sauce that I use over chicken, shrimp, salmon etc! And last night I made a one-pot creamy Cajun pasta type thing with smoked sausage. As it's getting cooler here, I'm starting up with baking again too, and there's an espresso cookie recipe that I've got my eye on for Halloween 😊

If I have juice around (apple, pear, orange juice) sometimes it a splash (like 1T or so) works will in a soy dressing/sauce (provides sugar + tartness) as well :D My oven's been acting up, but I really want to try perfect a baked flan / set custard (like clafoutis) recipe without overcooking it x)

Oooh, that's such a good tip, thank you so much, I'll try that on the next one! And that sounds great, I've always wanted to try clafoutis! I like doing fruit tarts (I've got a sour cherry one planned for the weekend) but I've always been intimidated by set custard!

Here's a pointer that helped me, if you're interested: You can put your pets in a resort i[/i] or inn i[/i], and it keeps them automatically fed and happy for an everyday fee of 200sP each.

I make my pets work for their resort fees, so they are all employed for various jobs through the Job Agency i[/i]. The money they make covers their stays! 😁
