I have been walking 80 minutes a day except on Sundays when I give myself a break. I'm still eating the usual junk (some foods I am not willing to part with at all) but in smaller, more moderate amounts. My approach to food is: calorie reduction but not deprivation.
I am seeing physical changes. I'm starting to slim down a bit but there are no changes on the scale itself. Not sure if it's broken or if a lot of my weight is actually muscle, bones and other, non-fat stuff that hasn't changed.
Definitely a good idea to eat when you're hungry but be mindful with what you choose to eat when you are. Like eating avocado or something with healthy oil when craving something fatty or rich or fruit when you want sugar.

I am trying to start taking care of my body more... I've noticed I can't bend like I use to and I used to be into yoga and stuff. I have a gym membership i really need to use.

That loss of flexibility that just used to be so natural is super scary imo. I try to think back to what I did with regularity when I was a kid and gym class was really more helpful than we gave it credit for. Legit need to pick up habits to do all those basic stretches and stuff. I wasn't even THAT flexible as a teen or anything too. Even when I lost my gymnastics flexibility from earlier I was never stiff in the hips and stuff after being in class all the time and stuff. 9 to 5 jobs are a nightmare for your body health.
