What are the beginning stats of Final Corruption?

Has anybody discovered the secret behind the Golden Brooch? Can't be a T7 really does nothing but 1 physical ?!? I assumed this would hint at custom coding. I tried it by itself a few times with a T11 and a T13 (have nothing else but one T3)

Are you also blasting with recycle blaster? He does a ton of wind so blessed Trident is probably better than cronus if you can't boost past his speed. What scrolls are you using?
