Wave 2 and 3 were released at midnight 12:00 so I think the last wave should also be the same So may be we have to wait until next day:(

The fact that it has a description suggests that this is actually going to be dropped rather than just a new scroll for the opponent. I guess this is an exception to the "no new loot" this year since it doesn't require new art to be made.
Event Actions
I wouldn't expect the final wave until Halloween. Because the lore says bat boy can't transform until then. I would be pleasantly surprised if I'm wrong though.

And I know right? And it’s not like they’re even that expensive, I could definitely buy the last few I need to max out my main battler’s AP, and I do have some from other years. But at this point it’s the principle, I refuse to buy them when by all accounts I should be able to win them.
I’m excited to see what win count I can get to this year! So far I’m up to 30, no Shrieks yet.
