here's how it would work.

1. You send 2 items at the beginning. This is the minimum and you must send 2 items to participate. In return, you participate as usual where you get to make your selections during the main event, as described in the first post.

2. You send 3 or more items at the beginning. The additional items go into the shop with everything else. You still only get to choose 2 items during the main event. The extra item is considered as a donation to colovaria. (This also applies if you send an extra CW while the main event is in progress)

3. You send 2 items at the beginning. After the event, you see there's still an item you would like to trade for left in the shop. You send a third item with the specifics of which one you want to trade it for.

That's really all the situations that would apply to extra items being sent. One person has already sent an extra item. The rest have sent the 2 items required to enter the event.
