Thank you for posting those! I've updated the descriptions of those transformables.

The Blue Nazar not being transformable back looks like it might be an oversight, the other ones can be transformed between and not just to. I'll report it as a bug to get it sorted.

Anything else transformable that needs a note?

Update: the is actually not supposed to turn into that item, it is supposed to turn into the . It was using range rather than sep. This has been fixed!

If you did transform a Blue Nazar, please file a ticket and support staff should be able to handle it.
