It depends on what's the goal/how common you want this advantage to be. A weekly would be good, but I also think picking one - three random winners to have an extra shot would also get them out faster.

I like the idea of the multiples winners. I think I'll try weekly with 3 people being winners for the raffle ticket. See how that works out.
When you use the ticket you'll post like you normally do, but mention you want to use your extra entry. If you have multiples entries then you'd state how many of them you'd like to enter when you enter for a round. I will be keeping track of how many entries a user has on my profile. It'll be noted in the top right corner of my profile.
