Try clearing your image cache if you are still having this issue; I was seeing the same thing but that fixed it.

Keith also looked into the backgrounds showing up on the dance floor and was able to fix it, so that set of changes might also help!

Part of that may be due to the site's cache; basically, to regulate server and database traffic and requests; your account information including your HA is saved for a particular amount of time and that snapshot is what is provided until the cached data is updated, rather than fetching the details every time it's called. A lot of things on Subeta use a cache, such as the Donation Center. It's also why changing a forum image can take some time to show up. It may also be your browser showing you cached images, as well, so emptying your browser cache could be something to try!

There is still a five minute cache server side, so it may sometimes take a few to catch up! Did id eventually fix itself?

A fix for this was just pushed through, so this should be fixed now! Please let staff know if it's still not fixed after a few minutes, since it may take that time for the fix to roll out to all of the servers.

Apologies for the late response! Dealing with some health issues at the moment. I realize it may not get resolved this Masq, but we can still troubleshoot in case it happens next time.

The mention of every few pages, . is this when being invited to dance or accepting it on the Masq event-specific pages/URLs? Or in forums in general? If so, is it the Masq forum or all forums?

There was a fix for this that was pushed out a few days ago, and since there aren't any other reports of old HAs reappearing since that fix came out, I'm going to close this up as fixed!
