I made this specifically because I wanted to use the "Illuminated Fan" item as a neck fan thingy. Just wanted to post it since I'm about to change my outfit. Not sure how I feel about it overall, maybe it's a case where I don't have all I need for a perfect outfit but it suits it's current purpose.
