It does indeed have to do with your last login. I went ahead and reset your avatar. Unfortunately with the way the system it set up, it may have reset any virus you may have signed up for. You will need to go ahead and sign up again. If you file a ticket, I believe a UA may be able to reimburse you for any sP spent.
