Happy January everyone! Sorry I've been MIA, I just moved this past weekend so the past couple weeks have been a little chaotic but I am finally settled in :) How is everyone?

It's almost February but a very (very) belated happy new year to everybody. I've caught up on all the news. Happy hugs month . How did those tamales turn out from all those weeks ago? I hope you'll be able to get to help out your parents soon (as long as that drive will be completely safe). What are your plans for the driftwood?

It's morning here in Sydney Australia with the cicadas out (a hot sunny day. Sorry to those that aren't enjoying the cold weather). I'm heading down to the car wash to get the interior and exterior of my car cleaned. I'm doing this because I'm ashamed to take the car in its current state to the mechanic. (Car is due for a service).

Good luck with the car cleaning! We just cleaned the inside of ours out last week. We're getting a bit of a winter storm right now. It's not too bad, though I know people farther north of me are getting a few feet!
